The National Enquirer reported last week that Jamie Lynn Spears may be pregnant again, only three months after giving birth to daughter Maddie.

My theory is that if the pregnancy rumors are true, her family made her get pregnant again. They know that when Nickelodeon's Zoey 101 ends, Jamie Lynn will no longer be bankable and Britney doesn't seem to be moving anywhere. (Two episodes of How I Met Your Mother does not a career remake.)
The Spears' need money somehow and selling baby pictures is the way to go lately. I don't know why people would pay that much money for pictures of Hollywood's bastard children but they do.
And I am aware that Suri Cruise is not a bastard but I still don't believe Suri is from both Tom and Katie.
