I don't understand why Brutus is so concerned about his hair. It's clear he's been balding and/or bald since his 20s. He should've started worrying about his hair a long, long time ago.
And if he's concerned with it thinning more then he should just shave it. His head would look exactly the same, just without the squiggles.
