I've never had Asian Fusion Cuisine either and after looking it up, I don't intend to. The main reason is because I'm not a huge fan of food from over in that part of the world.
The picture to the left is lifted from Wikipedia from the Fusion cuisine article. It is a combination of Japanese and Vietnamese cuisine: smoked salmon wrapped in rice paper, with avocado, cucumber, and crab stick. Now, I can see how people would start to salivate over this but it does nothing for me. To me it looks like uncooked fish stuffed inside of a soggy hot dog bun.
