Did robberies happen a lot back then? I mean, I understand that crime has always happens and continues to happen but Brutus and Gladys have been robbed
at least three times since I started doing the classic strips. I don't know, maybe because they got robbed every other week that explains why I haven't seen them get robbed in the nearly fifteen years I've been doing this thing.
You're an adult, you can't get in trouble anymore. Getting in trouble implies some sort of punishment to correct the behavior. Sure, Veeblefester can do some sort of plan but he could also just fire Brutus.
