Honestly, if they are talking about
today's forecast then the weather people should know whether or not it's going to rain. Either some rain is moving in or conditions are good for rain showers to pop up or it's not going to rain and the percentage should be reduced. 50% basically means nothing. Is it going to rain or not? How am I supposed to plan for that?
