Gladys talks all the time about shopping and I just assume she's shopping for clothes because she's a woman in a comic strip written by a man that takes place in the 1960s but with all the accoutrements of the 2020s. That would be the first thing I'd suggest she cut because she typically just wears the same pink or black thing anyway.
