Brutus, and the rest of this wacky cast of characters, have been talking to themselves for years. And years. I've been reading this comic strip for around 30 years (regularly for 14 years) and I know this strip isn't known for thought bubbles but do readers find it funnier if the character says things rather than think them? Let's see.
That's some fine editing. I don't know about you, but I'm laughing more at the thought bubble one.
