Brutus has been dealing with Acme since at least 2011. He's both lost the account and got it back. That they keep coming back means Brutus is doing something right. I wouldn't get too upset. I could see Brutus both not calling them enough (don't want to rock the boat, you see) and calling them too much (Brutus is very needy and needs constant affirmation).
