It's the 600th "Losers Are Made, Not Born" post with Brutus. Yes, I know. How shocking that the main character of something makes 600 appearances. It was supposed to be yesterday but somehow, for some reason, Brutus wasn't in yesterday's strip despite being in 90% of them since I started this blog in 2008. A couple things before we get onto today's strip. First, as you may have noticed,
Secret Identity was taken off the Sections list on the sidebar. The reason is because I have decided to reboot that story into it's own site and start from scratch. I'm aiming for a late July start and Monday and Thursday weekly postings. I'll let you know when it begins.
Second, I am taking the weekend off (except for a DCR post, hopefully) and won't be back until Tuesday. There is also nothing queued up to post here between now and then so you can ignore this site at least until Tuesday or you can peruse back posts if you don't mind missing pictures and dead links.
Veeblefester looks older in the first panel and I don't really know why. Veeblefester also seems to be near giddy and I don't know if it's because he has good news for Brutus or bad news.*
