Well that just sounds disgusting. But I'm not a huge yogurt fan. If I was trapped on a desert island and only had yogurt to eat I could do it but I'm pretty sure the blazing hot tropical sun would cause the yogurt to go bad pretty quickly then I'd starve to death.
