I've missed a few things since I left a few days ago. The main thing of importance is that there's sad news from the Keane Kompound. Thelma Keane, the wife of Family Circus creator/cult-leader Bil Keane, passed away on May 23rd. She was 82. I know all of us made fun of Family Circus but we all knew Thel from the comic panel as the inspiration for 'Mommy'. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Keanes during this time of mourning.
