I mean, I'm not a huge fan of the casual racism here but I have to admit that I appreciate the commitment to the bit. Now take off that conical hat and queue.
The easiest way to tell them apart is a garage sale you are just selling your own useless crap. An estate sale, you are selling a dead person's useless crap.
There's been an "estate sale" going on at a house a few blocks from me for three weekends now. I could barely handle just one weekend of the garage sale I had, I can't imagine three weeks of that.
