We Brought It On Ourselves Though

I used to work for Medicare and it always suprised me at how many of the people who called in had lawsuits pending on their doctor. That, coupled with people not paying the hospitals and doctors what they are owed whether they have insurance or not are the main reasons why health care is so expensive.

In this litigious world, we seem to sue for every little thing. I don't like it because it then clogs up our justice system keeping legitimate cases from possibly reaching the courts. Another reason I could never be president: I'd make it more difficult to sue.
