I don't really care how you treat or raise your dog, (actually, I do but it's not something that comes up very often since I often stay away from people with dogs) but giving them an entire extra sausage pizza for their birthday seems really irresponsible.
Oh, God! Is Brutus one of those douchebags that uses the speakerphone when he's on his cell phone all the time? Those people annoy me so much. Why are you using your speakerphone when you are in public? You are bothering everybody within 50 feet of you!
