Everyone Brutus knows is at this staff meeting and I'm pretty sure Wilberforce's school would call Gladys if Wilberforce was sick or hoisted up the flagpole again and we all know Gladys would rather die than call Brutus for anything so I'm going to say the important policy meeting is being interrupted by a wrong number.
