Brutus, when he gets the phone bill:
Gah! Veeblefester isn't wearing a jacket over his yellow vest! It's so off-putting and looks weird! I can see his arms and shoulders! *shudder* I need to go sit down.
At least we're not talking about a raise this time. Honestly, I'm shocked Veeblefester isn't promoting Brutus. You know, a promotion with a change in job title, more responsibilities, but with the same pay.
