Is it because he didn't blow on it the second time? If so, I think panels should be rearranged. Instead of pour coffee>blow>blow>sip>pour coffee>scream it should be pour coffee>blow>sip>pour coffee>sip>scream. Otherwise, it kind of looks like a delayed reaction.
