Brutus and Wastrel are friends? At least friendly enough to go fishing together. Maybe Brutus just wanted a companion and Wastrel was the only one who wanted to go. Either way, Wastrel is going to get $20 for one of his candy bars no matter what.
It's Brutus' favorite mystery series yet he doesn't know when new episodes are on. And why is the show structured like a TV show in the 1960s? I half expect a voice to say "In full color" and "A Martin Quinn production".
