WHY ARE THEY TAKING ORDERS AT THE WINDOW!!!1!!

I love me a hot coffee on occasion but not when I go to a fancy coffee shop. You waste that hot coffee order on McDonald's or a doughnut shop or a gas station. Not at Starbucks.
