The New 52 has done a lot of terrible things since 2011. The new Doomsday is one of them.

I approve of this.
I saw this picture on Reddit. It’s of someone’s wall completely covered with comic books. They are in bags with boards and held on the wall by push pins. Several commenters questioned why someone would do this and that even though they are in bags, the sun can still fade them. Someone then responded to that with “they are all from the New 52 so I wouldn’t worry about the value.”
I agree. Action Comics #1 from 1938 is worth so much not only because of its importance but because it only had a print run of about 200,000 and most of those issues have been lost or destroyed. Action Comics #1 from 2011 has had five printings, each one more than 200,000, I believe. In 50 years, if Action Comics #1 from 2011 is worth more than $20 then I will be very surprised.
Anyway, comic books are meant to read and enjoyed however you choose and don’t let me or anyone else tell you different.
I’m not the only one bothered by the fact that the DC/Warner Bros. commissioned Superman 75th Anniversary logo is just a re-silhouetted generic Jim Lee pose with the new symbol from “Man of Steel” pasted on it, right?
I feel this is a better representation of how much Superman means to the world:

I’m a sucker for Bizarro! Thanks for sharing jinx-effect:
Superman Rogues Silhouettes (-Gambit1024 on Reddit, Steve Garcia on Tumblr)
Superman has a highly underrated rogues gallery in my opinion, hope to see more than Zod in the Man of Steel series. On that note, let’s hope Man of Steel is only the start to an excellent trilogy and kicks off a Justice League film! :D
