With respect to any litigation, we will happily meet Mr. Holder in court.
More broadly, Kobach says Kansans who disagree with the state’s tilt are free to leave.
“Americans can vote with their feet,” he said, “and choose a state that reflects their values and the way of life they’d like to enjoy.
“If a person wants to live in a San Francisco lifestyle, they can go there. If they want to live a Kansas lifestyle, they can come here.”

Yes. Instead of staying in the state we love and fighting to bring it back to the center, we should just flounce off to the liberal la-la-land of San Fransisco. Fuck you, Kris Kobach! Why don’t you return to your home state of Wisconsin and ruin it?

One thing I learned from my six years in customer service is that you never admit fault but you also never place fault. Kobach’s office is completely wrong by saying “We didn’t receive the paperwork” but should say instead say “If he filed and paid the $105 then we will correct this immediately.” Instead, by saying Meeker is wrong shows not only bias but immaturity. If Meeker paid by credit/debit or check then there is proof and it should be corrected as soon as possible—getting proof of that should be fairly easy.
If, for some weird-ass reason, Meeker paid with cash then he should’ve received a receipt and from the way this administration has been treating Democrats, I would’ve taken a picture of myself with the signed receipt and the person giving me the receipt.
